THE STORY

The Mason transforms Black Walnut and Cherry into a composition inspired by the enduring rhythm of traditional masonry. Deep walnut forms the foundation while slender Cherry lines divide the surface into a distinctive brick pattern, bringing structure and warmth to the natural variation of the wood.

Its face-grain construction allows the grain of each individual piece to remain visible, giving the geometric design an organic quality that prevents any two boards from appearing exactly alike. At just ⅝" thick, The Mason remains light and effortless to carry from kitchen to table.

The Mason was created for gathering rather than heavy preparation. It is a canvas for bread, cheeses, charcuterie and shared food—a functional piece whose architecture becomes part of the table before the first guest arrives.
